Welcome to the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Rolla (UUFR). UUFR is a creed-less lay group of liberal individuals who believe in the freedom of religious expression through deeds. We believe everyone should develop their own personal theologies without fear of censure or reprisal. UUs serve “all souls” regardless of race, class, age, or perceived or actual sexual orientation or gender identity. If you are a resident of Rolla or the surrounding area, if you would have a longer drive, or if you are just coming through town, all people of good will are welcome. UUFR, like more than 1000 UU fellowships or churches, serves a diverse population with many varied beliefs and practices. If you have similar views we welcome you to come and share with us.
As Unitarian Universalists, we cherish:
The importance of individual thinking,
Respect for the convictions of others,
The warmth of caring, the perspective of humor,
The dreams of the mystic, and the methods of the scientist,
A way of life that avoids harm and scorn,
A quest for justice through peaceful methods,
A religion that is broad and encompassing,
Personal, yet universal
Seven Principles of Unitarian Universalism
